What is your typical turnaround time?

Every project is unique. After the first consultation, we will be able to provide an estimated time of return.

Fashion/Product Descriptions have about a 5-day turnaround, depending on the quantity ordered. Copyediting has a 2-3 day turnaround. Other projects such as media kits, blog posts, and social media updates are harder to estimate without being familiar with the project.

Although we are an agency, we work business hours only. Keep in mind that you’ll receive your first draft, you’ll give us back edits, and then we’ll resubmit to you. Please submit your edits as simply as possible. After your first two drafts you may incur additional charges. All of this is done online via our editors and consultants and your email address, so you don’t ever have to be present, though we are always happy to schedule an in-person meeting or phone conference if you have further concerns.

What is the best time to contact my editor or writer?

Our hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. If you email or call within these hours, we can respond the same day. Please include your order number in the subject field as well as your concern.

How do you match the tone and voice of my business?

CWA has been in business for eight years. In that time, we have developed an effective system for evaluating your goals and concerns. Part and parcel of this process is communication between our clients and our editors. We encourage you to express concerns and to be honest and prompt with your opinion of the work we do for you. By following these recommendations, we will efficiently deliver the services you have in mind.

It would be our pleasure. Keep in mind; we do not turn in rush work, and all of our writing has to go through a process before it is sent out. If you love what we deliver, we’d love to write more for you! Try to place your orders with enough lead time before their deadlines.

I need to change something on my order. Can I? How does it work?

I just placed my order. Can I add another item to it?

Yes, we can add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us about the addition. If the addition is placed within 24 hours of the original, it will most likely arrive with the rest of your items.

I am still unsure about the process, the work, the samples, or if my company is a good fit for CWA? How do I address these concerns?

Can photography be included in my project?

No problem! Please request this addition to your media kit or presentation and we can talk about the specifics.
